Project overview
2410 developed a cloud-based business process automation system for Altion SIA using Google Spreadsheets.
The solution included tools for managing logistics operations, generating invoice documents, tracking payments, and automatically notifying clients.
A stock tracking module was also implemented, allowing for real-time inventory oversight and future projections.
The system significantly reduced manual work, increased data accuracy, and integrated operations into a unified digital environment.
Altion expressed satisfaction with the flexibility and usefulness of the automated tools. The ability to edit automated entries, apply filters, and tailor workflows was especially appreciated.
2410 was responsive to feedback and continuously adjusted the system to meet evolving needs. Although the project was paused due to a strategic shift within the company, the completed parts significantly improved operational efficiency.
